Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Ziz Valley – Merzouga desert

Our 3 Days Tour from Fes to Merzouga back to Fes departs from any meeting location. Your driver will make every effort to be on time. In addition, you will travel from Fes to Ifrane through Imouzzar Kandar.

You will experience and admire the far-reaching vistas of the middle Atlas mountains along the journey. Not to add that Ifrane is Africa’s top destination and the world’s ninth. When you arrive, you will be able to tour the city and find the white lion monument.

Furthermore, it was carved by a German soldier during WWII. Following the city tour, you will go to view the valley of Ziz and the dam of Errachidia, traveling through Midelt and the Tizi-Ntlghamt route. Furthermore, this is the most important source of dates in Morocco.

After taking some memorable photographs, you will travel via Erfoud to the Merzouga desert, where the experience begins. When you arrive, you will be greeted as usual with mint tea to refresh you.

Then you’ll ride camels to our well-equipped tent. The staff will make certain that you come before dusk. You will also get the opportunity to practice sandboarding while seeing the amazing hues of the sunset. The first day of your 3 days Morocco tour will culminate with a Berberine music event under the stars.

Day 2: Merzouga desert – Nomads Family – Merzouga

The second day of this  tour from Fes to Merzouga desert is dedicated to learning about the spectacular local desert life and the unique Berber culture.

To begin, you will come across the Oasis of Tiserdmine, which is located in the center of the desert. Second, you will visit the Nomads, who still live in tents near the Algerian border.

There, you will be able to sample their tea as well as maybe other things. With that in mind, they are distinguished by their benevolence. Following that, you will travel to M’Ifiss to explore the fossil and Kohl mines.

Third, we will visit the Gnaoua people, who reside in the village of Khamlia, and you will admire their traditional music and dances. In the finalYou will be taken to your accommodation to relax and recover.

Your experienced driver will arrive 30 minutes before sundown to carry you to the top of Merzouga’s sand dunes to see the stunning sunset before returning you to the hotel for the night.

Day 3: Merzouga desert – Fes

The final day of our 3 Days Tour from Fes to Merzouga back to Fes, will begin after breakfast at the hotel. Traveling to the city of Fes.

We’ll travel directly to Errachidia and stop for coffee before continuing on to view the Errachidia Dam. In addition, you will traverse the Tizi-Ntlghamt road, which offers panoramic views.

Following that, you will travel via Midelt and on to Azrou to view the Gouraud Forest, Africa’s tallest cedar tree. Finally, we will traverse the middle Atlas mountain range through Imouzzar to arrive in Fes, where our 3 Days Tour from Fes to Merzouga back to Fes will come to a close.
