8 Days Tour From Marrakech To Merzouga Itinerary:
Day 1: Welcome to Marrakech
Arrival at Marrakech airport and after completing the entry formalities, we will be picked up to transfer to our hotel in Marrakech. Night in a charming riad.
Day 2: Marrakech guided city tour
Marrakech city tour with a Local Guide start by visit Koutoubia, a typical building of Almohad art; Marrakech Museum (pottery, ceramics, jewelry); Bahia Palace, a masterpiece of Moroccan architecture with gardens and courtyards; the Saadian tombs, a sight to behold for their decorative beauty; and beside Jemaa el-Fna, a tourist attraction. The tour will continue with a visit to the Mosul Museum, a museum of Moroccan history. In the afternoon, we will visit the Menara Garden with its olive trees, the Tower Walls, Ben Youssef medersa, a jewel of Arab-Andalusian architecture, and the Majorelle garden, the botanical garden of the French painter Jacques Majorelle, among other places around the city. Day 3: Marrakech – Tizi n’Tichka – Ouarzazate – Zagora – Via Draa Valley
After your breakfast the hotel will begin our journey to the great south. cross the High Atlas, the highest and most extensive mountain range in Morocco, culminating in the 2,260-meter-high peak of Tizi n’Tichka. This route is also known as the “grazing route” and is characterized by breathtaking mountain scenery. We will stop in Ait Ben Haddou and visit its Kasbah, the best preserved in North Africa and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is where movies such as “Lawrence of Arabia,” “Gladiator,” and “Kingdom of Heaven” were filmed.

Day 4: Zagora to Ramlia Via Paris-Dakar Route
We will start our day in the south of Morocco. This journey will allow us to discover the splendor of the palm forests of the Draa River. This day also includes an impressive stage where you will drive through a route used in several editions of the prestigious Paris-Dakar Rally. You will pass through the desert terrain of the Draa Valley and the Oumjran plateau. We will pass Berber villages lost in the desert and cross hammada and ergs in the black desert. In the afternoon we will arrive at the dunes of Ramlia, where we can admire the beautiful sunset from the large dunes before descending to our accommodation in the middle of the desert.
Day 5: Oassis Ramlia – Dakar Route – Camel Trekkig
In the morning we head to the village of Merzouga Via Ramlia desert, where there are only Few nomadic families living in mud and brick houses. We stop to visit the bread ovens where the women gather to chat while they prepare the bread, then visit the Oassis and finish with a communal tea. We then continue on to khamlia village or “the village of the black people”, stopping to enjoy their African percussion, and then we will go to the dunes of Erg Shebi where we will take a scenic tour of Erg chebi. In the afternoon, we arrive at the lodge and replace the 4×4 Rid Camel pass through the dunes to spend Night in the desert Camp.
Day 6: Merzouga – To Dades Gorge Via Rissani.
You will need to wake up early to enjoy the sunrise over the big sand dunes. After breakfast, we will return to the hotel with our camels, collect our luggage, and continue to Rissani. We will explore the economic city of southern Morocco and visit its authentic and colorful bazaars. then head to the Todra Valley. Day 7: Dades Gorge – Rose Valley – Marrakech
After breakfast you will take a short walk in the valley before heading to Marrakech. There’s still plenty to see and do on the last day before you arrive in Marrakech. You continue through the Dades Valley, passing through El Kela’a Magona, the Valley of the Roses and the Road of the Thousand Kasbahs, you will Have a stop in the Ouarzazate for the lunche Before continue our trip to Marrakech via the Titica Pass, with Berber villages on the way back. Finally, return to your riad, hotel
Day 8: Transfer you to Marrakech Airport
