Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival at Marrakech Airoprt
We will be warmly waiting for you to meet you and welcome you to our lovely country, proudly happy to show you around and share with you its good and bad. Day 2 : Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Roses valley – Dades Valley
Departure in the morning heading east towards Ouarzazate via Tizi n’Tichka Pass through the High Atlas Mountains, stopping to take panoramic photos along the way. You will visit the village of Ait Benhaddou to see an ancient Kasbah classified by the UNESCO organization; it is one of the world’s leading tourist attractions. Many famous movies have been filmed there. You will continue on to Ouarzazate, where there are the largest film studios or the so-called Hollywood of Africa. Here you can stop for lunch (optional). Departure via Skoura, which is an extensive oasis of palm trees, where a beautiful Kasbah called Kasbah Amrhydil is located. Then, through the valley of Roses, where the annual rose festival is held every May in this town, you will change direction and leave the beaten track along which you will appreciate the tranquillity of the mountains populated by the region’s nomads. Atlas. On the way, keep your eyes peeled for a series of Berber villages built of clay and brick. Check into your accommodation at the bottom of the gorges. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 : Dades Valley – Todra gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head to another incredible gorge, the Todra Canyons (300 m at the narrowest point), the ideal place to hike and explore on your own. Then head further into the Merzouga desert, where there are Morocco’s unique dunes. Arrive at the dunes for a camel ride, dinner and a night’s camping in the dunes.
Day 4 : Merzouga – Nomads family – Oasis – Merzouga desert
Today is dedicated to discovering the eastern Sahara desert. We’ll travel through the desert in a 4×4, visiting the nomads at Erg Chebbi. We will also go to the village of the dark-skinned people called “Khamlia” and enjoy the original music and folk songs of the Gnawas and visit Rissani, the last big town about 40 km west of Erg Chebbi. Rissani itself is a very interesting old town. From the 8th to the 14th century, it was a separate kingdom, known as Sijilmassa, thriving on caravan routes and the souk – the interesting thing about this souk is that it’s not a tourist souk, but the people who live in it. 3 times a week there is a market with sheep, goats and donkeys. At lunchtime you’ll have a Berber pizza with a Berber family. From there, it’s back to the village of Merzouga for the night in a hotel overlooking the Erg chebbi sand dunes.
Day 5 : Merzouga desert – Rissani – Draa valley – Ouarzazate
You’ll wake up early to watch the sun rise over the dunes and then return by camel to your hotel where you’ll have breakfast and a shower. We continue our journey towards the vast palm of Tafilalet via the city of Rissani (the root of the Alaouite dynasty and the former capital of the Alaouite sultans). Continue to Alnif for lunch. Follow the road through Tazarine, N’kob and Tansihkt. From here, we’ll follow a road that crosses the Draa valley. It’s your chance to see the Ksours and Kasbahs again; you’ll cross another Atlas range which is the Anti Atlas. Dinner and overnight in a hotel in Ouarzazate.
Day 6 : Ouarzazate – High atlas – Marrakech
After breakfast and before returning to Marrakech, you will visit the architectural wonder of Taourirt Kasbah in Ouarzazate. Continue to Marrakech through the high Atlas Mountains, as on the first day. In the late afternoon, we arrive at the riad in Marrakech.

Day 7 : Marrakech guided tour
After breakfast with a local guide, you can start exploring Marrakech “the red city of Morocco”. We’ll make sure you see the most important sites of historical and cultural interest, the Koutoubia tower, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia palace. After lunch in a restaurant near the square, we’ll take you to visit the Mojorell garden and the Yves de Sallohan museum.
You will walk through the souks and see hundreds of handicrafts. In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to wander around other parts of the city including the snake tamers in the square. Free evening
Day 8 : Marrakech airoprt
Department to Marrakech airport (you need to be at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight so that departure can be organized accordingly).
