Day 1:

Once you’ve arrived at Merzouga with your vehicle, you’ll park it in a secure area for the duration of your excursion. You will then meet the camel drivers who will act as your guides. Once you’ve prepared and mounted your camel, you’ll head off in the direction of Erg Chebbi.

You’ll feel like a nomad on this journey through the Moroccan desert. In Erg Chebbi, you’ll head for the summit of the highest dune. This will give you a panoramic view of the entire Merzouga desert. But most importantly, your position will allow you to witness a sunset of unparalleled beauty. Make the most of every moment, taking photos of every moment you spend there. Afterwards, you’ll head for the camp where you’ll spend the night.

On your return to camp, you’ll receive a warm welcome with a glass of traditionally prepared mint tea. Take your time to explore the area before enjoying your dinner. After your dinner, you’ll be treated to a campfire performance by Berber musicians. After the show, you’ll spend the night in a luxury tent.

Day 2:

Although it’s not compulsory, we strongly recommend getting up early on the second day. This will give you the opportunity to enjoy the unique experience of sunrise in the desert. Enjoy breakfast before setting off for Merzouga.
